Cannot Connect To WIFI Successfully?
1.Please make sure the WIFI Password is correct. (Our Camera Only Support 2.4Ghz Wifi)
2.Please make sure the router signal is stable (place IP Camera closer to your router for first connection).The Camera is design for the range associated with 2.4Ggz so make sure your on the correct wifi band.
3.Please check that your wifi name and password do not have special symbols, our camera can only recognize English letters and numbers..
Reset
Check The IP Camera: after plugin it in be in the look out for a connection send message, if not follow the steps bellow to reset, to boost connection and erase that may intervene with connection.
1. Find the reset hole at the bottom of the device, and then use needle to insert it, press it more more than three seconds after hearing “di” sound, when hearing ‘Reset to be defaulted setting’ sound, then camera reset successfully.
3.After the reset, user can start to connect it by WIFI.

The camera is great! For this money just fire… Tracking mode is working, night mode is good. Do not connect to Google or Tuia smart, but can be solved by castam firmware, then I will add on this issue

I will be objective-for two weeks of using this camera experience for a triple, as the camera communication is not stable, data transfer rate that is on the local network (RTSP and ONVIF) that in Global (remotely through the cloud) very often heals to zero and produces a maximum of 30 kB/s. In general, the picture is quality, but in my opinion the price is overstated for this camera given its quality of communication. The store is sociable, claims that this camera is not recommended for use by RTSP and ONVIF. And why am I in the same local network with the camera, watching children and animals through the cloud, if I can all my cameras put on the tablet monitor with one tinycam Pro app, instead of a separate application for each camera, and I have five pieces of cameras, since the apartment is not small?
